If you come by rail, to get to Cracow-Przegorzaly from Cracow railway station by public transportation, take first a tram no. 2, direction Salwator, to the last stop. Take next a bus no 109, 209, 229, 239, 249, 259, or 269 and get off at the fifth stop (on request) called Przegorzaly. Follow the signs uphill to the Polonia Institute---it  is a 10 minutes walk. The estimated cost is 8 zl ($2). You may consider  taking a taxi, but then select a car of a radio taxi company rather than a  private taxi. The price should be below 25 zl ($6).

If you come by plane, the best option is to take a taxi and the price in a radio taxi company should be about 30 zl (7.5$).
